Who we are

chaap is a small sticker brand based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at orders@chaap.in, on WhatsApp, or on Instagram (see contact).

Our stickers

Our stickers are printed on matte vinyl and die-cut. Sizes and colours are shown as accurately as we can, but printed colours can look slightly different from your screen.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees. Pack prices apply automatically, and shipping is added to the bill before you order.
• Orders made only of single stickers have a minimum order value, shown in your cart.
• You order through WhatsApp, and we send payment details there. We pack your order only after payment is confirmed.
• We don't take card or bank details on this website.

Your order

An order is accepted once we confirm it on WhatsApp and your payment is received. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you for it in full.

Age

Some of our designs contain adult humour and are only for buyers aged 18 or over. By ordering them, you confirm you are 18 or over.

Our designs

All designs, text and the chaap name and logo belong to us. Please don't copy, print or sell them.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we can be responsible for is the amount you paid for it. Use stickers with care: removing them can leave marks on some surfaces.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
