What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. You send these to us on WhatsApp.
• When you pay: the payment reference (UTR) so we can match your payment. We never see your card or bank login details.
• On this website: your cart and the address you type are saved only in your own browser, so they're still there next time. They aren't sent to us until you send the WhatsApp message.

What we use it for

Only to pack, ship and support your order, and to reply when you message us. We don't sell your details or use them for ads.

Who we share it with

Only the courier or postal service delivering your parcel, which needs your name, phone number and address.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, refunds and our accounts, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time: message us on WhatsApp or email orders@chaap.in. To clear what this website saved in your browser, empty your cart and clear this site's data in your browser settings.
