Where we ship

We ship to addresses across India. We don't ship outside India yet.

Cost

Standard shipping is a flat ₹50 per order. Express delivery costs ₹99 more. You choose in your cart, and both are shown in your bill before you order.

How long it takes

• We pack and dispatch your order within 2 to 4 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
• Express orders are packed first and sent by an air courier. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch; some remote pincodes take longer.
• Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays are packed the next working day.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, we send the tracking number on WhatsApp.

Packaging

Stickers ship flat in a sealed kraft envelope, with a free छaap. sticker in every order.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address before you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or nobody was available to receive it, we can send it again once you pay the shipping again.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, see our refunds and cancellations policy: we'll replace it or refund you.
